Terms & Conditions
This document comprises the Terms of Use Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", and constitutes a legally binding Agreement between
you, ("You") the visitor to our site GoldCashUS.com or any person or entity who uses our services, hereinafter referred to as the "Site", and
Imperial Capital Group, LLC, hereafter referred to as "GoldCashUS™", the limited liability company that serves as the owner and operator of this
site and provider of the services offered by this site and the site?s underlying business and commercial activities.
Requirements for use
Every customer must be at least eighteen (18) years of age in order to conduct business with GoldCashUS™. In addition, every customer of
GoldCashUS™ must be the actual owner of any and all property sold or attempted to be sold to GoldCashUS™, and every customer must be acting on
his or her own behalf and not as the agent or representative of another person. GoldCashUS™ may, but shall not be obligated or required to, request
documentation or other proof of compliance with the requirements contained in this paragraph.
Guarantee Against Loss
GoldCashUS™ will guarantee against loss of the total contents properly shipped to Imperial Capital Group, LLC in a GoldCashUS™ Kit in accordance
with the instructions and procedures established by GoldCashUS™ and subject to the terms and conditions displayed at GoldCashUS.com. If the total
value of your items is greater than $100, we recommend that you insure your package. If you choose to do this, GoldCashUS™ will reimburse
you the cost of the insurance.
GoldCashUS™ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject delivery of any mail, envelope or package which appears to be damaged, opened, or
tampered with and any such mail, envelope or package will be returned by the post office to the customer. GoldCashUS™ shall have no liability to any
customer for any such attempted delivery or return of any such items.
Limitations of Liability
Imperial Capital Group, LLC liability under such loss guaranty or otherwise will be limited to one-third (1/3) of the value of the lost contents or
One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, whichever is less.
In addition, if you do not provide Imperial Capital Group, LLC with an original sales slip or appraisal (issued prior to the shipment to Imperial
Capital Group, LLC ) for the lost contents, the value of your contents will be liquidation value, and Imperial Capital Group, LLC liability will
be limited to Thirty-Three ($33.00) Dollars. If you provide an original sales slip or such appraisal, the value or your contents will be based on
such sales slip or appraisal, and Imperial Capital Group, LLC liability will be limited to One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars.
Verbal Offers
Any customer or prospective seller may request GoldCashUS™ to provide a telephone or e-mail quote for his or her items after such items have arrived
at GoldCashUS™ processing facility. Verbal offers may, at the discretion of GoldCashUS™ be recorded. Upon a verbal acceptance by the customer of
the telephone or e-mail quote, payment will be issued GoldCashUS™ within twenty four (24) hours of such acceptance, and the ten (10) day customer
satisfaction holding period guaranty will no longer be applicable to such transaction.
Material Return
If for any reason you are unhappy in any way with the payment you received please return your check within 10 days of the date on the check and we will
return your material. No questions asked! Guarantee!
A $15.00 shipping and handling charge will apply for all material returned to the customer.
Method of Payment
You can select one of the following methods of payments for your Settlement on GoldCashUS™:
| • | Company check | • | Company check sent via FedEx Overnight shipping with the $15 fee deducted from the payment of your Settlement | • | Wire transfer into your bank or brokerage account in accordance with the instructions you provided to us with the $5 fee deducted from the payment of
your Settlement | • | Direct Deposit into your PayPal™ account | • | If you fail to select a method of payment, then you will receive a company check. |
It is your responsibility to know the terms and conditions of the method of payment you select as set forth herein and as stated on our website.
By selecting the payment of your Settlement by direct deposit into your PayPal™ account or wire transfer into your bank on GoldCashUS™ Get Started
form, you acknowledge and agree that if you affirmatively accept the Settlement within the time frame set forth herein, or accept the Settlement by default
(i.e., by failing to decline or accept the Settlement within the time frame set forth above) the Transaction is final, payment will be sent to you by the
method you selected on GoldCashUS™ Get Started Form, we will own the Merchandise, and you will have no right to decline the Settlement or claim that
the Merchandise be returned to you and the Merchandise will be destroyed in accordance with our procedures which include melting and refining. You
further acknowledge and agree that if you had selected payment by company check on GoldCashUS™ Get Started form instead of by direct deposit, you
would have had a right to a return period as specified above.
Foreign Usage
We make no representation that the usage of this site, or the content provided herein, will not violate the laws of your local jurisdiction. You are
responsible for the laws of your jurisdiction, especially if you are accessing this site from outside the United States of America (U.S.A.).
General Information
We may revise or modify any portion of this Agreement at any time without notice to you. You must read this Agreement each time you visit our site
or use any tool or service that we provide to you via this site or elsewhere. Any usage of this site or tools, functions or services that we provide
you means that you have read the most current version of this Agreement and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the latest version
of this Agreement.

This policy covers how GoldCashUS™ treats personal information that GoldCashUS™ collects and receives; including information related to your past
